I need more coverage. Any suggestions. I will see what I can find. Gorgeous day for racing. Still like the old school races better. Better variety of Cars in those days, from what I have seen.
G'day, My son was at the race this year. He loved the atmosphere of the event. He thought the race was a bit lacking, like theye were just driving around the track, not tyring to get or stay in front.
The Chevys & Fords are still struggling to come to terms with conditions imo. Road Mustangs are notorious for transmission problems, Camaro having its own problems. Hate to say it, but as old schooler, ita not the same with foreign-built cars. Peace :)
It was if the 'New' Younger generation of Drivers were happy to finish 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. There never seemed to be any urgency or 'Desire' to chase first place. Probably one of the most boring Bathursts I can remember. Each Team develops and builds their own car/s. All the Old Boys took a hand in building their cars. They were more than computer gamers !
