Valve Deadlock - "Terrorblade" gameplay showcase

This is new Valve game Deadlock gameplay. Lady Geist is hero with stackable damage amplification - some sort of Batrider, which already exist in Deadlock, so she is second "stacker". Her ultimate has same mechanic as Terriblade ultimate in Dota 2. I build spell damage, because here basic attack is pretty weak, compared to other heros

Is there a console command to play custom local game? The default custom game forces you to connect to Valve server. Making the ping higher than it needs to be for a PvE match.
