Wow. As an individual coming from a design and operation management background? This is one of the most beautiful products I've ever seen! The idea that you can end up with varying degrees of parallelism to each of the defined variations per eye and have that visually demonstrated to both patient and operator? I realized that you'd flip the box halfway through and it just made me grin ear to ear. Wow. Every part of that test is so wonderfully elegant it's actually mindblowing to see it in operation. A beautifully physical representation of the idea that if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough. What a satisfying thing to watch in operation ^_^
I was diagnosed with tritanomaly a year ago thanks to this test. I lived 24 years without noticing it, until two of my teachers in my animation course complained about the colors I used on my work. Thanks for doing this, it was quite fun to do it with you!
I have a VIVID memory of watching this exact video about a week ago. And went back to find it yesterday and it wasn’t there and I was so confused. And I just went back and looked again and this is the only video like it and I’ve never felt so gaslit by my own brain. 😂
