I started HRT in June - estradiol and progesterone ( cycling) and I’ve just started using Testosterone cream, I’ve had a full hysterectomy.. and my skin tags are literally falling off . I don’t have a problem with that . I hope it continues.

I'll add in peptides as well. And even estriol cream.. Flaxseed oil but also Omega 7. I'm in aesthetics.. Also a good retinol not too harsh on the skin.

I’ve had/have a lot of menopausal symptoms and yes itchy skin was one of them…..not dry just itchy, especially my back and arms.

I have fibroids & used to be estrogen dominant. I started HRT after being in menopause 11 years. I almost bled to death ! Heavy clots for a month. When I stopped HRT the bleeding stopped. I felt horrible & thought I’d need a transfusion . I’m better now. Had a check up & no sign of cancer but my doc didn’t know why this happened & just said to stay off HRT. I wish I knew why this happened . I also tried just progesterone but the bleeding continued. My doses were even changed & I can’t get an answer.

You started too late and what dose did he have you on. You need to take Progesterone and Estradiol together. Not just Estradiol. Thats your doctors fault. You must do concrete research before you take anything.

What are your thoughts on the M4 MyAlloy facial crème? It has clinical trials to back it up.

It is very frustrating when continually seeking professional advice for hair loss and when a person begs the GP for something to help because the blood test shows a 'slight' abnormality on the thyroid! Before HRT I tried Levothyroxine. It didn't make me feel good and gave me a bumpy rash the length of my arms, then the professional can't pinpoint what that is either. When I stopped it myself, within a few weeks the bumpy rash had disappeared so that was evident what it was. HRT has not helped hair loss in anyway and the follicles still feel week. But my body feels a lot better than it did a year ago at 65. My last blood test last month showed testosterone levels a little high but GP said to carry on and have another blood test in 3-4 months.

Rogaine topically or oral if not contraindicated. (Can't remember the generic name). And you can get a derma stamp (microneedling for your hairline and scalp). The hair will return after a while.

A good tricologist will help you as well. Forget GPs they don't know anything.

I have the most diabolical itching, only on my arm, I think from menopause. It’s truly life-changing, in. Very negative way. So miserable. Dermatologist said it was due to anxiety….

Flaxseed oil/Chia seeds/Omega 7 in oil capsules. Castor oil on the body. Guarantee you it will work. Magnesium Glycinate at night and have foot baths with Magnesium or Epsom salts.

Are you on Progesterone too? You need the both to balance it out. Anti inflammatory diet and supplements. Beeswax manuka honey drops= propiol. Maca powder... Ginger boiled... VitDe &VitK2 daily. Castor oil for the body as well.

@@jessicahitchens6926 thank you so very much for all this information!! So kind of you to reply. Yes I have been on both and had to pause for a bit to see if it’s the HRT dose combo etc. causing rash.

Acne, the worst, on estrogen, made my skin worse, and can’t figure why…I thought taking testosterone caused acne.

Testosterone converts to Estrogens in the body. You need Progesterone as well. And an anti inflammatory diet. With good supplements in conjunction.
