    I have a Autoimmune disease called PBC and I was told that is has genetic link. My body is attacking my liver by destroying my bile ducts. I grew up a vegetarian and turned vegan three years ago. There is no cure and I will be on heavy doses of Ursodiol for the rest of my life and I’m really trying to understand. ❤

    • @hanagloriaedelblum5693

      There must be an answer for your healing! It's heartbreaking to hear anyone giving up on curing a condition. The internet gives you ample room for research on your own, that your own doctor, unfortunately, does not have the time nor inclination to do. Good luck and do not give up! Phenols in plants are interesting. Fats are so important for signaling what cells are to do, to proliferate or control.

    • @11235Aodh
      @11235Aodh 8 месяцев назад +1

      Careful though, doctors are very quick at saying something is genetic and incurable, because they themselves don't know and ignore everything that has to do with diet and food. I'd ask dr. Peter Rogers about PBC and see what he thinks, he's very knowledgeable about nutrition and toxins and often still replies personally to people commenting on his videos.

      UDCA and other bile acids are not the best option. Take lemon essential oil (steam distilled). It contains D-limonene which dissolves gallstones in vivo within two weeks. Ursodiol (UDCA) takes 8 months to dissolve small gallstones. Your body is not attacking your liver or destroying your bile ducts. Your pipes are clogged by liver/gallstones. It's called "intrahepatic calculi" and rarely recognized because it cannot be seen on x-rays as they are made of pure cholesterol. Bile acid is caustic and when you cannot utilize it for digestion of foods in the gut, it builds up in the liver and bile ducts causing severe cirrhosis.
      Most importantly, look up Andreas M*ritz's book "The Amazing Liver/Gallbladder Flush" so you can learn to flush the gallstones out.

    • @jmc8076
      @jmc8076 Год назад

      I asked my cardiologist this at one point and he said it can be one factor due to chronic cortisol release (stress hormones) which can lead to other factor. It’s not a direct correlation. Many get stress and don’t get CVD and others do. Our age, microbiome, receptors, genes also play roles. It’s more the oxidation of fat that leads to clots.

    Unfortunately, I continue to struggle with psoriasis even after eating plant based for 9 years. The outbreaks are not as bad but certainly has not been the 100% relief I have been searching for. I have recently been eating a strict starch based diet as outlined in Dr McDougall's Starch Solution book, so hopefully in 4 months time I can finally find relief.

      Psoriasis is caused by a strep. pyogenes infection in the gut, common after strep throat. It produces a superantigen lipopolysaccharide that triggers massive inflammation in keratinocytes. It's associated health problems are caused by bacterial endotoxins which are a similar substance.
      -Critical factors
      - Cut out the fat, fat of all types (except omega 3s) causes endotoxemia, leaky gut, and dysbiosis. Psoriatics have all 3
      - Eat more fiber, particularly from raw veggies, fiber binds to endotoxins. Always add apple cider vinegar and lime/lemon juice as it kills strep and dissolves their biofilms
      - Consider taking herbal antimicrobials, specifically cinnamon, lemongrass, and peppermint, which target the strep
      - Consider a tonsillectomy as strep invades the tonsils and forms biofilms, hiding from the immune system *and* detection on lab tests. From there it continually seeds the gut
      - Present your doctor Dr. Haines Ely's work on this and see if he is willing to prescribe you azithromycin, which both kills the strep and quells inflammation
      - Learn how to perform liver flushes, psoriasis is a co-morbidity of fatty liver. Liver/gallstones are the root cause of psoriasis and it's recurrence
      Let me expand on this. The liver produces bile acids. Bile acids are necessary for the digestion of fat. The cleaving of endotoxins, stimulation of gut motility, and the dissolving of bacteria. Impaired bile acid, commonly found in gallbladder disease is caused by liver/gallstones clogging the bile duct. SIBO is common to psoriatics as the strep. can only colonize the small intestine (which is supposed to be nearly sterile) if bile flow is impaired. Studies have shown supplementing bile acid caused clinical clearance in 8 months in 85% of patients, with over 50% clear at a two year follow up.
      And a secret cheat code:
      - Eat lemons, put lime juice on everything, drink OJ every morning, eat apples, put apple cider vinegar on your foods in liberal quantities, and take LEMON OIL
      Citrus fruits, specifically lemon has a substance called D-limonene that dissolves gallstones, shown to be more effective than any pharmaceutical treatment by a huge margin. They also prevent endotoxin absorption via their bioflavonoids. Apples and ACV have malic acid which softens gallstones. Take the lemon oil on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and within a few days/weeks they will begin to come out in your stool. This will follow with remission.
      Go on google scholar and look up what I've told you. This protocol I've outlined does not treat, it cures.
