🧘♂ Embracing discomfort as a catalyst for growth is a compelling idea, but it often feels like a glorified way of justifying struggle. Is true self-improvement always supposed to be uncomfortable, or are we just conditioned to believe that pain equals gain?
Change is always hard. Sometimes like me, you break your body and mind in the process. I am also sometimes angry at my higher self for agreeing to this frightening and extremely challenging journey in this matrix, simulation, whatever you want to call it.
