This explains how I've done so many times. I legit thought I was bipolar.. but that came with a "jump" substance abuse got me for years. Last 10 years was basicly relapse, wait till I can stop, quit full on, meditate, rebuild, and I always had this sense of "I can beat this and live a great life" with an eventual trigger... washh, rinse repeate. Each time there's been a lesson. But the last time I couldn't dig deep enough. Couldn't feal emotions I had to deal with over some HEAVY loss within 3 months .. came back better then ever. In control of triggers so much, most don't exist anymore. But I did it without assistance

I know that I am changing, my whole reality has changed. My wife of 25 years moved out and I am at home with my kids. The hardest thing I have ever gone through was this divorce, and our court date is in 3 weeks. As each month has passed I have grown and grown into a more confident version of myself. Always stay true to you and it will all fall in line.

This video found me, and I had to watch it. Quantum jumping sounds so complex, but once you getting as simple and natural as breathing. I am a transformational Life Coach, and after hearing this realized my grandmother taught me how to do this when I was young in a very simple way - image yourself at 90 looking back on this moment - what will you wish you had done? PS - She lived to 94. I have used this ever since, and amazing things have happened. I never realized how truly blessed I have been! Fast forward tot he present - this is the first thing I teach my clients, and then spend months filling in the blanks between where they are and quantum jumping to where they want to be. Mind BLOWN!

Im schizophrenic. Ive met my dopplegänger 3 times. The first time he showed up.. I became schizophrenic a week later. The second time.. we sat across from each other for 5 minutes.. just staring into each other's eyes.. its the strangest experience of my life.. the last time I remembered to ask him something.. I said, "say something!"

I noticed that living on a boat, it’s a different time, land time and boaters time. Stress I also noticed is different.rowing to my boat before the storm after helping friends board up for the storm,,halfway to my boat, I notice the land stress leaves , Then you get to your boat and check over safety riggings and go down inside and make coffee. That was hurricane Katrina passing by st Pete about 180 miles out ,so today I find out that I got other me s. No wonder I screwed up on some of my manifesting, I had help, the other me s. Could now actually be the past in slow motion watching from our own point of view? Time & space are not linear. Most can't grasp this concept. Is it crazy that i already knew this but still am new in finding information about spirituality it feels like im doing everything over again. Now i can understand my own way of thinking by these videos. It has been this way for me, too. Don't worry, and try not to force anything. When times are tough, learn to coast through them, until your energy comes back up a bit. When you're alone choose what will bring the most to you in the time you've got. Stay close to those who understand that now is all we have to enjoy each other. When you feel better your awareness and intuition will come back. Hope that helps a bit. Enjoying where we are now more often, connects you to the best of what's possible; here and later on, too. Think of what a sailor does...Use the wind to push you when it's there. When the storm winds come, lower the sails and ride it out...Then, you're back in.❤😊

Time is in a loop in one reality, you're contacting your memories of the last loop and get deja vu, you are already dead yet alive living the same timeline but different lives because of different choices you make.

If let's say somebody is already a entity in another realm and they have to come here to earth to help you can't not destiny swap with that person.
