They need to open a permanent Spice Girls attraction in London, like a museum with exhibits, shows, karaoke, a gift shop, cafe, or even amusement rides. Liz's collection could be proudly displayed there for every fan to enjoy. But also because Spice Cadets need a permanent place where they can visit, meet up, or make a pilgrimage to.
when I read "3 MONTHS LATER" I was imagining all her "Spice Girls" memorabilia catching on fire & Liz losing her shit. Holy shit that would be awful.

After my mom passed in '98, I turned to the Spice Girls music which got me out of my grief.. there's nothing wrong with escaping during a time of need or boredom...
I got the chance to see the Spice Girls exhibition at Ripley's in June just before it closed and so glad I got to see it. Brings back all the memories and made you realise truly how massive they were!
If it were a male collector showing off male-marketed collectibles, such as trading cards or matchbox cars, no one would be making snide remarks. Check yourselves.

It's a neat collection, and it's nice that she collected all that memorabilia...but her attitude comes off as haughty and arrogant.
"For me, the way to become closer to my idols was to begin this collection. The more I have--it meant the bigger fan I was."
Wrong. It doesn't matter what you're a fan of. Having the materials of your idols doesn't make you a *better* or a *bigger fan.* If anything, you're a fan like everyone else. Not every person can afford a collection; or has the chance to swoop up this type of merchandise.
"I have all this stuff; this belongs to me...No one else. There are other fans out there that see that I've got fame from my collection. I've met the girls; the girls know who I am."
So what? Everyone is a fan of something for different reasons. Whether it's a person, group, story, film, actor, actress, etc. It doesn't matter what you're a fan of. Individuals connect to someone or something for a variety of different reasons. You're no different. You've met them? Cool. I'm sure they've met dozens of fans. You know how grateful some fans are to merely have been able to receive their CDs alone; as a gift or have had to save up money? I'm sure a huge chunk of their fans.
It's this "I'm better than you are because I have more stuff" attitude that's problematic. You say that there's a 'rift' between you and other fans? Well, gee...I wonder why?
A little bit of humility goes a long way. This memorabilia in a museum would be cool, but perhaps giving some of it to someone else as an act of kindness would be a nice thing as well.

That dress with worth tens of thousands.
I believe Hard Rock owns the dress and they have it in storage somewhere. It used to be on display at various casinos.

I don't think so. She looks completely normal. There's some things that are just awesome by nature, the Spice Girls for example.
Absolutely loved this. Great production value, cinematography and everything. I was a huge fan and have a lot of memorabilia as well. This was great.

I obtained Mel's b Waxwork hand from Madame tussards that was autioned as it was a spare they did,nt need,also 5 spice girls squeaky heads squeaks don't work I don't think now.

Duh!!! Those are precious and one of a king items for her, and they Cousy a lot of money, it's obviously you have to take care of them.
satinboys Maybe she's friends with other Spice Girls fans. She's got her own exhibit, and that's a major accomplishment. Some people die in a room surrounded only by their things because no one wanted to be friends with them. They were judged by others and were afraid to come out of their shell.
