Thank you! No not yet, but that is my plan; to have a complete intro series. This started as a way to supplement my own class materials, and now I'm seeing the need to make it whole. Lots of stuff still in the works.
Hey brother, 11b vet here myself turned welder. Studying for CWI so found your vid. But am currently working for a company that builds pressure vessels and am pulse gmaw .045 er80s b2 wire on 1.25 chrome .25 molly using 98-2 gas and we are having a shatton of problems with porosity... Seems like no one in the shop really has a handle on how to properly run this b2 wire. Any tipa would be greatly appreciated!!
As a side note we are doong a 300° preheat and interpass minimum and a 600° pwht. Supervisor says running higer than 22 volts and 150 wire speed is causing the porosity but I suspect he doesnt know as much about it as he puts on. Since pulse is a form of spray transfer I would think a higer voltage and amerage would be in order as we are welding 1/2"-1.5 thicknesses
Amazing, thanks. Regards from Mexico
And thank you for watching!!
Great information. Do you offer or have available a complete intro to welding video series? Thanks
Thank you!
