The CEO of Soma Gold was arrested for accepting bribes, and resigned in January.
He was arrested for things not related to Soma Gold and new CEO is coming.

I think they still need to get clearance to trade on western markets again, after they finally sold-off all of their valuable Russian assets for a discount.
