tHANK YOU FOR THIS tutorial PJ, I have a question, after I use the loft option and union, still says is a open polysurface, I need it to be a close polysurface in order to 3d print. Do you have any suggestions as how to fix this? Thank you in advance

Love your tutorials JP Chen. Is there any way that when you write the command, can you also show the logo of the command (functions from the left hand side). Just like pressing an app on a phone. Other then that, everything is perfect!!!
    Thanks

There are 3 place you can find the same command. Icon ( logo), type in command bar and drop down menu. I try to use 3 in combination because students will have different need. but you can always hop on the icon to see what they are.

Thank you for the tutorial, but I can I do the closure of the earrings?

    • @PJChenJewelryDesign

you may want to check on the tip to see if you have surface overlapping into itself after offseting

How do you create the two straight bars at the top of the drops? The ones you actually use to wear the earrings...

You just create a cilinder (by extruding a circle) and add it to the main structure?Or there are other ways? Thank you.

draw a line and pipe it

Thank you, I did as you said. Just out of curiosity, wil it be enough strong with a such a small contact surface once 3D printed?
