You’re very welcome… although I don’t know if you caught our video about the remote start bug with 2.5.9. Our new remote restart feature was glitchy, so remote start may not work, but an update to fix that should be coming in the next week or two

Yea it’s a bug we know about, can go back to 2.5.8 if you don’t want to deal with the beta firmware bugs. Kill by fob is definitely a favorite

Actually it wouldn't help. They steal Challengers by taking advantage of a design function. You can easily pull out the tray next to the shift lever and pull a strap to put the vehicle in neutral. Then they just roll it onto ramp or hook it and run 🏃♂️
@@Oncewaslostbutnowimsaved most of the time they don’t do that. What they do is they roll the car far enough to reprogram a key to turn the car on with this feature reprogramming won’t work

Dodge has the pin# kill switch now. It replaces the Valet mode, it will prevent the car from going over 2mph without the pin number being entered. Free for the upgrade at dodge dealership.

The 2.6.0 beta bugs a lot, on the windows . I have a 21 rt and can only sometimes 1/10 get it to work either to open or to close I get the same amount of luck so I don’t even bother trying till the actual firmware gets released 😢

Is the kill by fob feature still compatable if my gas pedal is hooked up to a device like pedal commander or other throttle controller products?
Most likely wouldn’t work with a throttle controller. That’s something that is untested in house as we don’t have one of those throttle controller products

You hold the lock button till it flashes again to kill it then you hold the lock button again until it enables it or press the unlock until it enables the pedal
We never once mentioned holding the lock button. There’s also multiple features shown in this video, which are you referring to?
@@zautomotive to kill the gas pedal, so your saying u just press it twice lock it and disable the gas pedal and then to turn it back on, u enter a pin or u press the unlock button twice to enable the pedal

It would be nice if we could get some actual customer service for the transformer. I've got two customers and myself that have issues.
Been trying for over a month to get an older firmware but keep getting the same bot email. Or a stupid email with the operations manual, not the older firmware.
These may be older products(you still sell tho), but it's also what kicked it off for the company.
Although I'm not customer service, I'm happy to help get you to your desired outcome. I tried to do the light show with my Jeep Cherokee limited 4x4 top tier edition for 2022 and it would not do the light show. It does not have the taser

Got a V6, great car too bad there’s no remote start with the SXT model, only the R/T and up. Will upgrade in few years tho haha

@zautomotive That's awesome, ever since I gotten it once it was released in 2016, I've been needing something to disable the Auto Start, and lock the transmission up to keep it from moving incase it was to ever be stolen. No one has had this on the market since day 1, and living in San Antonio definitely need this m.f. So many 392 - 345 & R/Ts are getting jacked in Texas. 😑🤦

@@zautomotive @zautomotive Okay... but hey I found you guys have a "Tranzformer Gen 1" for the 05 Chrysler 300 does a lot of the same things and a "BurnBox G1" that does the lights also! ❤ Definitely gonna look into trying those and contact you guys and see if i can try some upgrades on them and test data if possible on them too that would be awesome. Needs to be enabled in the Tazer vehicle settings submenu comfort (also it’s labeled as experimental as it may not work on every vehicle and trim level)

@@strawbs2279 Make sure to do a full reboot and two sleep cycles after turning the window feature on since it's a vehicle feature in the TaZer. Although this feature is not guaranteed to work on every vehicle. It's labeled as experimental in the vehicle for that reason but this button sequence did make it available in more vehicles
