I use this belt and I’m a size 42 with plenty of extra belt left over. Depends what I’m wearing that it accommodates. I use this belt with clothes that fit better. Tapper jeans and scrubs, typically if i need it to sit against the body. Wear as it doesn’t work well with athletic fit or boot cut jeans. Is those garments i wear a thick ridged belt that can be worn loose and tends to rest on the hip bones to keep the garment held up. If you could imagine a ring on your finger ( not to snug but doesn’t slip/fall past the knuckle.) i came across the groove belt at big 5 but purchased directly from them for cheaper. IMO if your about that life (this is not a pewpew belt) it’s meant to be snug and expand when you need it to (ie sitting)
I’m a size 38 as well, is that how much slack is left if I buy a large? I was worried there would only be a little bit of the tail left. Thanks and great review!
