I was very angry at Pakistan before. My employer moved there in 2020 and I lost my job of 16 years. Having found these videos is a great healing for me, and has opened my heart. We have a wonderful, enormous world full of abundance, and we as human beings need love. We should be grateful and willing to share this amazing abundance. Thank you for helping me see this more clearly by allowing us to see and know you. My heart is healing.

LOL I literally laughed out loud when Mr. Chaudhary said, "You habituate us with eating such things." I can certainly relate to getting spoiled on something desirable and the downside of not enjoying your usual stuff anymore. It's like driving a Cadillac for a week and then going back to walking. Our Raffique hit the nail on the head when he said they are getting spoiled for the tastes of normal food from their area. From being poor people with few choices in the food line, they are now aware of new things that make their own life seem unsatisfactory. Not sure if that's a good thing or not, as they will have to remain in their villages. I hope it doesn't make them dissatisfied in the long run.
I've been thinking the same thing, they have been exposed to better quality nothing else can measure up.

These are the joint perils of education and correct information which is why the small number of totalitarian regimes left in the world fight tooth and nail to restrict access to both. Perhaps the lads will encourage their wives to expand their own knowledge and culinary repertoire, here's hoping.
but this could also be a motivation to improve their lives and strengthen the village. If you don't know of resources that you've never had access to then how will you grow?

Many of them are blown away by the aisles of food and the food choices. Of course, my favorite story is about the late Jose Fernandez and him crawling around on the floor of a hotel bathroom trying to find the switch for the automatic faucet in the bathroom sink.

I have been in hospital since early December from sepsis and coming back from dying. Last few months in rehab hospital, regaining my strength. TPT's videos are something that I always look forward to when I'm not in some sort of therapy to get me through each day. @@amandachapman4708 the original italian tiramisù recipe doesn’t have alcohol in it! Just mascarpone cheese, coffee, cocoa, sugar, savoiardi cookies or Pavesini and really fresh raw eggs. That’s it! At least, my family prepares it this way. :)

I love the way they thank God openly before tasting most of the time, as an American who always says Grace before ever meal I can appreciate that and think that more Americans could learn from it.
I was thinking the same how they thank God before eating. They're very humble and appreciate of the food offered to them. I have also made it a point firsthand to also give thanks to the Creator every time I have a meal. I feel guilty if I eat and fail to say Grace. Good day to all 🌻.

I suspect that they bring back home any leftovers (like the remainders of the package for the Dunkin Donuts or for the Magnum Ice Creams) - to be spread around some!
I believe each one share what ever they get with the whole village. I remember seeing a video and a new refrigerator was being shared as well as a new TV all the kids in the village now go that house to watch.

Dr. Tahir didn’t disappoint with his remedy for a cough. They’re all great and so happy to see them enjoy my favorite dessert. They need to go to the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant where there are many flavors of cheesecake at about 1000 calories a slice.
All of these Gentlemen are wonderful! They just put a smile on my face. Things that we take for granted, absolutely thrills them and that’s refreshing.
These guys are so sweet and adorable. They’re so genuine. I think that’s what I love about them the most. Honest to a fault! I can’t stop smiling.
They're concentrating so much on the size of it, but cheesecakes are usually a lot larger than those portion-sized ones.
An individual slice here in Iowa is is about half as tall as that and they are normally wedge shaped. The giant sized slices are found in specialty stores and are usually just way to much for one person.
One look at the thumbnail, you knew this was going to be a banger.

@@barbarajohnson3876 Raffique often takes a sparing taste so he can take the rest home to his four kids. Only when it's something small like this or the box of chocolates he says he'll eat it all because there isn't enough to go round and it would cause squabbles.
Or better yet , have the ladies come in and do an episode of learning to duplicate this exact recipe.
They don't have the kinds of kitchens you guys are imagining. Most of their families probably share one or two open air rooms, or they have mud homes, depending on where they live. To the person saying they would send seeds, the produce and chicken there is wayyyy better than anything you get in America, even organic at Whole Foods. They eat healthy foods. Lots of rice and grains and lentils. If you saw their lives and the level of poverty there, you would understand why they are so grateful.
@@aquasol333 So very true. I've volunteered in several extremely poor areas in two regions of the world where in some places even a roof or front door is a luxury. Toilets outside, water wells, coal pits for heat, etc.

I love how Chaudhary takes his time to process every bite. You can tell how much he likes something, when it seems like he's in slow motion after a few bites. I also like their comments about the packaging.

I LOVE these so much..my father emigrated from W.Africa so I was raised on foods I didn't know other kids didn't eat. I'm now a professional cook on my way to culinary school & a cooking instructor and hearing such a simplistic breakdown of ingredients is fascinating. Keep up the great work with the variety you're offering!
I had the same experience. My parents moved from Cyprus to the UK and I was born there. I got such odd looks when I ate rice with yoghurt 🤣.

Ok, I don’t usually actually like cheesecake but watching this actually made me have a craving for a slice. Again, I want to point out that I don’t usually like cheesecake and yet, their reaction set off a craving. They hold great power.

Do you have cream cheese there? If not I bet they could make cream cheese. There are great tutorials on RUclips. Once they have the cream cheese they can easily make cheesecake.
I think it should be explained to them that there are so many different types of cheese in the world and that there are soft cheeses as well as the types they have had on pizza and burgers. I hope they do have cream cheese there and all of the ingredients they would need.

We all started out knowing strawberry cheesecake is awesome. In about three minutes they've all acknowledged that it's awesome. That leaves nearly six minutes of us all wanting cheesecake while watching others eat it 😮

In El Salvador, we have a sweet cheese bread called Quesadilla.. It's topped with sesame seeds. Sooo yummy! I hope you all can try some!! 🇸🇻
