I just had real bad pain in my left knee. I'm 64. Usually if i hurt my knee or knees, it gets better in a week or two. This time it has been a month or two. I now can walk a short distance without my cane or rollator. And the pain is much less. I thought i might try some of your exercises sitting on my rollator. Like walking backwards. Or with my cane. Later i want to do them with a chair until i can do them without holding on. I do as much as i can each day until the pain gets bad. Then i take 2 tylenol and put Stop Pain (from Walmart, Walgreens or Bimart) and rest for 30 minutes or even for a few hours if necessary until the pain goes down. I plan to try rubbing castor oil into my knee to see if this helps.
Im 81, and in fairly good condition, but started having balanceing issues. Your exercises help alot! I find that if i consentrate on the exercises when doing them,, i walk with more confadence with less fear of falling!
Thank you, Doug. I have neuropathy issues and walking is becoming difficult because of my numb feet. I’m going to try your exercises thank you. That’s just what I need. I read that you wrote to do one at a time so you don’t get inundated with them with them thank you.
This is what I need for my health as my problems start from lower back knees and coordination and balance when walking. I so wish there could be personal assistance for only 2 weeks. Are physiotherapist able to do this as done in the video? These are very good exercises and is what I need. Thank you. I am in South Africa
These are a great addition to my exercise mix as i recover from mobility challenges. I like that you provide clear explanations and clear goals so we know what we're working towards. Glad this came across my feed. New sub! 👍🤗
Sorry! I recomend just doing one exercise at a time, practice it for a few days or weeks then move to the next. I agree, it can be overwhelming if try and do them all at once.

I wish I could. I could get rid of my walker. I am 63 and use a walker. I went to PT for balance. I will try these and see if I improve. Thanks. Some are the same. I should have kept it up after therapy.
