The FASTEST would probably be getting a 90s Civic (which are SO light) for like $2000, replacing the engine for like $5000, and then spend like $13 000 building her (turbo build, obviously). For that much you could probably have a 500+HP civic that runs 11s

front cam should come stock standard in all low sports cars or supercars. The parking sensors don't always detect low kerbs
