New emails will back up all the WhatsApp data again.
Technically, at this moment, WhatsApp has only facility of storing and restoring data on Google Drive but not transferring between accounts because WhatsApp and Google Drive both are different softwares owned by Meta and Google respectively.
So, unfortunately, this wouldn't be possible even in the future.
