This is a really great game. My only issue with it is the aging. In all my plays so far, the long game of aging something doesn't seem to pay off like I want it to. There was one game I played and the flight was primarily aged spirits. That game really seemed like a lot more work for the points. I have all the expansions and I highly recommend them as they are the "add more stuff" variety.
I recently picked up this game and I am looking forward to getting it to the table in my group soon. Not heavy drinkers but we all love a good game with steady mechanics.
The game looked interesting. I do brew my own beer though I have not brewed any in a while. I consider myself a self made man. I brew my own beer, Make my own Pasta, Make home made bread and Ice Cream.
Fair review. I'm all about theme. In the ideal scenario, the rules fit the theme. A simple (although not direct) example is an rpg called Dread. The main rule to accomplish tasks is to pull one or more blocks from a Jenga tower. The theme is dread and the tower is a perfect fit.
Would you recommend this to someone who is a pretty casual gamer? I'm thinking my dad, who seemed to really like Ticket To Ride, which I've never played.
I loved it initially but the strategy turns out to be shallow after a few plays. Very nice production.
Loved the initial joke.
Thanks.

I haven’t played with the expansions. Thanks for the recommendation.
I just knew I had to tune in for the opening joke and then review of a great game.
Glad you did. Thanks.
Very Good Solitaire Game also.
@@themcclix3885 I haven’t played it solo yet. Thanks.

No. This is a few steps up in complexity.
