The story I love about her is when Conan was dropped by NBC, he and Sona met up at a Marie Callender’s restaurant the next day to regroup and figure what his next plan was going to be. She’s stuck it out with him through all the highs and lows. Sona is a quality human being and a good friend to Conan.
Where did you hear this story from?
It was during his interview with David Letterman in 2012. Dave asked Conan if there were any moments that he was able to look at the insanity of his situation with losing the Tonight Show.
Not only she did, but the majority of his staff migrated to team coco, and conan paid them all out of his pocket

Pheebs T the chemistry between Conan and all his staff eg. Sona, Jordan, Kramer etc.. doesn’t seem forced or scripted and I’d bet my money that it isn’t.. and they are just every day ppl working in a fun environment.. where as Fallon gives off a vibe where it seems forced and scripted even when it has obviously been rehearsed, to me his fake laugh gives it away..u look at Conan’s interviews / sketches.. and it looks genuine and u can tell that it is especially when u watch the “scraps” playlist.

He's way funnier but has fewer big name celebs which tend to attract more viewers. For instance I watch a lot of Jimmy Fallon vids just to see the guests.

Fallon turned the Tonight Show into a 10 year old kid's birthday party. Colbert is too into political rants. Kimmel uses his show as a platform for his twitter fights with the Trump family (which is Jimmy punching *down*).
