She surely get a hefty bonus, especially considering he kinda wrecked her car a bit. This is much smoother and less selfish. Obviously Ellen does these things for no other reason than ratings. At least this was a bit funny.
I'm sure the production company bought her car off her for market value or above before they damaged it.
I'm imagining that she still owns her car (now damaged), then the company gave her this thing and she's responsible for paying for parking it somewhere and also has to pay income tax on receiving it.

BeastMK I’ve had both. I really liked both. The Jetta just felt a lot nicer but it cost a lot more. I drove that civic for years and beat the hell out of it and it never complained until I sold it and the guy who bought never changed the timing belt and it blew up.

Ironically. His relationship with his staff furls his comedic persona. He is rewarded for being a wholesome good man that invests in those that invest in his success. The genuineness in all of us recognize this and therefore we enjoy his comedy and his person simultaneously. Very few comedians have achieved success in personal love as well as love for their talents.

She was able to get a new car last week on top of having other bills to pay for. I have no bills since I live at home and I have a shitty beat down car. To all the people complaining Conan isn’t Ellen giving her a car... Conan is legendary for taking care of his employees going out of pocket and paying them his own cash to factoring his entire staff into his contracts when moving networks. He genuinely doesn’t need to repay his staff because he takes care of them everyday and they know it. With that being said he still probably bought her a new car behind the scenes and doesn’t need to brag aboot it.

@@Che18335 after jay leno retired from being the host from the tonight show. NBC made Conan the new host which he had always dreamed of doing. Unfortunately for some reason jay leno wanted back and even though he said he was done and gave the position to Conan with the help from nbc they basically pushed him out

Cheeky Raccoon he's always been good, but he's definitely gotten a lot better over time. Improv practice helps a lot.
I'm well aware of how long he's been doing comedy. That being said, if you've been doing it for decades and still not improving, the likelihood of you improving is minimal. Just so it doesn't get lost in translation, I'm not having a go at either of you.
