@bigdanny9721 i did. I was fasting and running 5 miles a day while doing very low carb and my A1c was 5.4. I still had elevated fasting levels. After taking it and adding weight training, im down to 4.9. My fasting levels are almost normal. Low 100s now.
Then try it. Just choose a reputable manufacturer that has the GMP seal. It's got a good safety record. And controlling blood sugar is often key for folks to better manage and possibly even lose weight. It also has a number of other side benefits. Magnesium and vitamin B1 (esp benfotiamine version), and vitamin D3 are also key for weight loss and longer healthspan.
Bahahah - this guy couldn't even begin to expound on in because he only had literally less than 2 minutes to say something. SMH - why bother adding the segment? Just don't bother.
If you control blood sugar you can lose weight
Lowering blood sugar = overall weight loss This "Dr" can't make any $$ of it so no promotions or endorsements from him.
But, of course, we were presented with qualifications of the doc or his ties to pharmaceuticals companies. Thanks
He basically said it's fine, have you never seen an actual biased interview before?

I was told that I'm pre diabetes because my sugar is high should does it help lower your blood sugar?
No weight loss for me even though it lowered my blood sugar. And he is spot on about the stomach issues. This doctor is telling the truth.
It helped with my weight loss journey, he was probably paid by big pharma to say that.
This is coming from a news channel owned by the pharmaceutical.
