- Some of the best examples of fortified, medieval villages in Catalonia were right under our noses and as we were waiting for a package, we had the perfect opportunity to see more of Peratellada, Palau Sator and La Bispal de Emporda.

I love these little towns and villages. So steeped in history with amazing architecture.
That's the thing about most of Europe, you can find charming little villages all over the place. Especially once we've 'seen' the major cities that's what attracts us as well.
I've loved these towns & villages. I need a good catchup... Millie has had a big upgrade I think & I've been awol! 😂😍

Great stuff guys, super filming. I don't know about you but I also take vitamin D during the winter, very cheap to buy in tablet form. Heading to Spain from our home in France in a couple of weeks, Why not 🙂.
It's funny with the garden sign F*** off, nobody probably looked before as all the houses and gardens look the same, with his sign everyone now looks 🙂
That banner is REALLY odd. Definitely out of place considering the rest of the town. 😂😁 We actually don't take vitamin D supplement but we're in the sun and outside a lot. We generally also don't stay long in areas without blue sky days. But we do take some other supplements. Enjoy your Spain trip. Seems like we're in for some warm weather for the next week or so. Hopefully it will last.
@@WeWillNomad There is some interesting reading on vitamin D.
It's also said that if your Shadow is longer than your body then you don't get the right amount per day, if any.
Plus people tend to cover up most of thier bodies during the winter.
Very few foods have the right vitamin D in them also adding to the problem.
But you guys look super healthy and happy so what works for you, Just been outside and seeing different things is great for your health, that is why the wife and I go to Spain during the winter, I suspect it has added years to our lives and is good for our health. 🙂
