@Karthik P yes but you should stay consistent and even if you don't do often you do feel it refresh and tighten under your eyes ....it's great for when you pamper yourself with a spa day at home right before going out or just because....I will say it's high maintenance and takes work to peel the egg shell off but it's worth it if you cook eggs anyway.

As a person with dark circles I'll suggest do not try this if you have dark circles.. yes, it does strech your loose/puffy eyes as well as the dark circles appear more dark
