What a beautiful guitar and sounds great as well.
Incredibly fine work. Recently built a similar model, and your order of operations and technique made way more sense than my process.
When I had to sing in a band ( which I hated) the piano player gave me his '61 original Gison model of this guitar. It had dog earded pickups . Boy did it sound SSoooo good. Every cange on the tone or volume pot made a difference. Wow it was was good.
Les Paul hated the shape and othher things so they renamed it the SG ( Solid Guitar?). But it has stood the test of time. Made areound 1960, big when Carlos Santana used it in the early 70s and still in use today. Your build is excellent. I prefer the Junior to the Special if it has the Gibson pickup, Lollars are excellent too. Good job on this one . Nice touch with the dog ear pickguard cover Those attenuated bridges do the job ( as long as they are all 628.65MM0 which ny Les Paul junior ( built myself ) and My Gretsch Jet has the same. Good job , Mate.!

I would have used a more correct early ''60's bridge angle and a compensated pigtail. Don't like lifhtning bars much on Jr's. Guitar sounds great. Cleans are beautiful.

It needed some neck angle, bridge compensation is high, other than that a quality build, real skill working the hand tools and that vital ingredient patience.

how much would charge to build me a lefty model SG model? I am a retired senior citizen.
Just realized no pickup height adjustment with P90, so it's probably fine, yep not much room to move, maker got it right. This is the guitar I want to make.
You can adjust the height of the pole pieces.

僕は主に5.5mmを使用しています。
加工箇所によっては9mm以上を使用する事もあります。
いつも参考にさせていただいております。ありがとうございます。５月１３日からブログの方が閲覧出来なくなりましたが何かありましたでしょうか？
ブログのサーバー移転を行ったのですが少し失敗がありその影響で見れなくなっています（1週間～10日ぐらいで元通りになる予定ではいます）。

ギターを作りたいのですがザグリの深さはどの様に計算するのでしょうか？
ザグリの適正な深さは部位や使用するパーツによって様々なので簡単には説明しづらいです。
なので実際に製図にして各部位の深さを割り出すのが無難かと思います。
とはいえ製図を作るのも大変かと思いますのでネットである程度の図面をダウンロード＆プリントアウト、必要であれば記載されている各寸法を使用するパーツやネック、ボディの仕様に合わせてリサイズしていく方向が初めの内は良いのではないでしょうか？
ブログ内にギターの製図を見れるサイトを記載しているので参考にして見て下さい（有名なモデルは大体数値で各寸法が記載されています）。
