    Gyms really should have bands available like they do treadmills, barbells and other equipment

      My gym had 10 new ones at the start of the year now there is only one which is broken and someone cut it in half as well

    Dude just wrapping a band and getting into position feels so nice as it pulls your hip away from your socket. I do a lot of flips that land on one foot so I’m constantly jamming my femur and it pisses my piriformis off. This is undoing years of abuse^^

    This guy seems to know more than most Dr's I've seen, I'd love to see him for my back pain. I'm certain it's muscle related but can't quite figure it out.

      have you looked at rhomboid pain? not sure if it's what you have but if it's in the upper/mid back near the spine that might be it

    What if the problem is you have too much hip opening, from years of ballet, and so you can't normal squat, and can only plié... But also have poor balance on the right leg, and hip pain? (Asking for my mom)

    Is this good for pubalgia? Do you have any exercises to get better from a pubalgia? I'm a field hockey player and I've been dealing with this for months and I don't know how to fix it, my physiotherapist doesn't seem to help that much.

    How do you squat properly with hypermobility? I get very deep in my squats, but visually one buttock is lower than the other. Can lift decently heavy with all isolated leg exercises, hip thrusts etc, but my squats are lacking in power

      One of your glutes could be tighter than the other causing hip imbalance or ankle mobility

      Unsure of how to handle one of the glutes being tighter. I can get as deep as I want in loads of different stretches on both legs. And my ankle mobility is pretty extreme.

      No. Long passive stretches before your workout will.
