It was the o ring seal inside oil cooler that is broken again, so i change it. after 1 month oil was back again in my rad. it has been the third time i change it and It makes me wondering, what make the o ring keep broken? Hi Bro mere pas I20 active diseal hai iss ka radiator fan normally kabhi chalta hin nahi ye tabhi chalta hai jab AC on kiya jaye and cluster me jo engine temperature ka gauge hai wo kabhi v mid se upper nahi gaya hai(100 km continues drive ke badh v) yese koi engine check light nahi but mujhe ye dar lag raha hai ki Temp. Sensor me toh koi gadbadi nahi aa gayi hai aur isske chalte engine over heat ho ke seiz na kar jaye? Please help me.
sir dont worry its hyundai i20 diesel .no problem in your car its normal,but if you want to check the temperature meter working or not then drain out coolant completely and top up only 1 lt water and start the engine 20 to 25 min. diesel car me fan on hone me time lagta hai.
