Salamat po Doc sa inyong payo tungkol sa paggamit ng sodium bicarbonate . Meron din po akong nais ibahagi sa ating mga kababayan , sinubukan ko po itong gamitin na pang linis sa oven, i just mixed bicarbonate and white vinegar make a paste then brush it around the wall, (wag lang po babasain ang elements) and leave it for 20-30minutes then rinse it.... magaling din po ito gamitin na pang babad ng paa bago linisin. warm water with bicarbonate soda and white vinegar.

Good morning Dr.Gary Sy.ang problema ko po ay pananakit ng tiyan.narecetahan po ako ng pantoplus domperidone.omepraxole 40mg at mucosta 100mg.3months ko na tinake no improvement.nagpaendoscopy ok ako. Hyperimic superficial multiple erosions po ang finding.bka mapayuhan nio ko po marecetahan ng tamang gamut .thank you.

Hi! Doc Gary and to all people watching this video, I had a very high creatinine a week ago,so my doctor told me to undergo another blood test again after 2 weeks. So I tried to take this baking soda in half a spoon of baking soda to a half glass of water for 2 times a week. And I had a diet, eat a lot of fresh fruits and avoid meat, just I prepare my own meal vegetables and fish and a rice and take a lot of water. After 2 weeks, I had my blood test again 🙏. Today, I received good news from my doctor. My creatinine is low, and eGFR is a little bit better than before.

KUDOS Dr Sy I have been an avid user of baking soda but I learned more from your lecture on how to go about it, thanks and you are truly a living mentor to us subscriber's. On this subject baking soda, if I may add. I used this for cleaning greasy dishes,greasy pots n pans and it will look brand new. Also, whenever I clean the chicken n pork I use baking soda for final rinse . The meat smell good n not slimey. Pls try too thanks More power to you looking forward for more lectures
