''The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC (combined fuel consumption: 12.0-11.7 l / 100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 273-266 g / km) [1] represents a new kind of luxury in the SUV segment. It extends the range of the Mercedes-Maybach brand by combining the body shape and the technical basis of the GLS with the luxury of a top-class sedan. Its spacious interior, equipped with exquisite materials and very effectively sound-insulated, creates a stylish, cocoon-like atmosphere of wellbeing. In the comfortably raised seating position, thanks to electrically operated sun blinds on the rear side windows, passengers can decide for themselves how much of the surroundings they want to see. The standard AIRMATIC air suspension or the optional, fully active suspension with E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL effectively keeps road bumps away from you. For the first time, there is a dedicated Maybach driving program for even more driving comfort in the rear. Getting in and out is also extremely convenient: when the doors open, the car lowers slightly, and an illuminated running board swings out quickly and silently on the entry or exit side. The treads are made of anodized aluminum. The V8 engine with a displacement of four liters and 410 kW (558 hp) and 730 Nm torque is an engine variant developed exclusively for Maybach and moves the car discreetly and powerfully. The engine is combined with the 48-volt EQ Boost system. The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC will be launched in the second half of 2020.''

The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph)

This interior and exterior design is way better than RR. I wouldn't pay more to get a uglier and worse car.

One suggestion. I think it'd be good to test cars' comfort by noise measuring. Just install a dB meter on the phone. It would tell a lot

The car is absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't be using blue ambient lighting though. It's too much on the eyes and creates that staring on the phone effect. Green, red orange or any other bright but non glowing colour
