Why the negativity. Absolutely unnecessary
Beyoncé wrote this song to embrace her body shape. They included all shapes of people in the video to promote self love/ body positivity.
The crazy thing is 19 year old Beyoncé was being called fat and said she needed to lose weight so she wrote bootylicious to accept her curvy body as is.
But on her álbum debut she was súper skinny lol
I think they just all wanted solo careers. They’re best friends so there’s no animosity between them. This isn’t the first time Beyonce has brought Kelly and Michelle on stage during her performance. If you guys do HomeComing they were there as well and that was 2019. If you guys are taking recommendations now I recommend the 1. Stevie Wonder Tribute, 2. Listen live on Oprah and 3. Beautiful Ones/Sex on Fire/1+1 live @ Glastonbury. Great reaction ❤

Destiny's Child is technically an r&b group but have great cross over pop hits. Kelly, Michelle and Beyoncé mesh so well together and have found success in their own solo journeys but Beyoncé is Beyoncé lol. Really enjoying the reactions. Looking forward to when you get to live performances bc thats really where her talent shines.

At first Destiny's Child started off with 4 members, (Beyonce, Kelly, Letoya, and Latavia), then over time Latavia left because of management, then Letoya for the same reason. They added a girl called Farrah, but she couldn't sing to save her life 😆 so they let her go, then they added Michelle and (Beyonce, Kelly, and Michelle are known as the biggest known version of Destiny's Child.) Beyonce said in an interview that they all meant to venture out into solo artists, Beyonce was supposed to go first in debuting, but Kelly created a HUGE song called Delima with Nelly, so she ended up being first. Then Beyonce came out with her songs with Jay Z (Crazy in love and Bonnie & Clyde 03') then her debut album "Dangerously in Love" which resulted in 3 or 5 Grammys. Then the rest was history! I am not sure if Michelle did anything or tried to, but I know she was in a hit play, "What was husband don't know" and she released a gospel album and I think on that album, destiny's child had their gospel song "Say Yes", because I know they performed it at the stellar awards/ P.S. Sorry for the long paragraph! 😂

the other 2 are kelly and michelle and they both have had pretty successful solo careers too. they were a power house group and still on heavy replay! There were other members of DC way back when they first came out.
This is such a nostalgia trip. I recommend checking out the 'Survivor' video as well. Destiny's Child was massive when puberty hit me, and I adored them for not just being gorgeous bright young women, but colourful and exciting and SO CONFIDENT. It meant a lot to me how cool they were. God I do not want to be 13 again, but my excitement for a new single was enormous every time XD

So basically Beyonce and the other girls (Kelly and Michelle) decided to do their own solo music but they released one or two more albums before going their separate ways. It's rumored that they will reunited this year or next year because they have been hanging out a lot publicly recently! Beyonce's dad was the manager of destinys child and i think everyone knew Bey was a star
