When I was diagnosed type 2 5 yrs ago, was surprised my dietician said eat as much eggs, bacon and red meat I wanted. For years we heard these foods were bad. Avoiding carbs (esp sugar products) eating right, snacking on nuts, losing 10 lbs, and daily exercise dropped my A1c from 12 to 5.6 in 3 months with NO insulin.

I'm type 2 diabetic with perifferal nueropathy, poor blood circulation and fengal infections on my feet and hands. I found that cutting out sugar and reducing carb intake and changing to a high veggie balanced diet worked for me.
Keto is fine butnot a long term food solution, eventually you have to change to abalanced diet. After 9 months improvement I had all my major organs x-ray and tested, Ultrasound on heart and legs and thank goodness everything was normal.
It's a long term process getting my diabetes symptoms under control.

Within one month, I was able to get my blood sugar under control by completely changing everything. I hate beets, but each morning I cold press organic beets mixed with an orange to start my day. I stopped eating any junk food including most carbs. I started walking daily too. My doctors were floored I changed this all within a month. I still check my sugar a few times a week. However, for the most part it’s under control .

I am neither diabetic, nor close to being diabetic. This just made sense to me so I tried it. A couple eggs, a couple strips of bacon, a small hass avocado, a small container of yogurt and my usual herbal tea. I found it to be very filling, provided lots of energy, no heavy bloated feeling, along with a smaller lunch since I am not starving, and I'm shedding pounds fast. All big wins and I am not even diabetic.

Your eating habits is filled with carbs as macaroni, chips, fries, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta and spaghetti together with fat as bacon, lot of cheese, ribs and oil. Together with lack of running or other high density activity that's a recept for disaster, diabetic and heartfailure. Eat just proteins and vegetables and exercise

As a type 2 diabetic for over 20 years my most profound realization about the medical profession is their total lack of understanding of nutrition. I proved this to a point that my doctor quit her practice to go back to school to specialize in Diabetes. It took me years of trial, error and an understanding nutrition and portions, losing 150 pounds, walking 2 miles a day and getting my a1c from over 11 to 6.5 and being taken off ALL my diabetes meds, the results are undeniable.

Granny. Another granny here. Be aware the cold feet can be a manifestation of a blood clot in leg or legs. Thus happened to me. Went to a specialist. Had ultrasounds, had only 20 percent blood flow in left leg. Foot turned alarmong colors. Toes in pain. Have rhe circulation checked out in your legs. Feet. Etc. It manifests slowly for a while. Then feet and toes especially. I was 80 yrs old, never had healrhbproblems before, but pain in toes and feet. Weakness, generally. I'm 82 this year and I believe the clot is cleared. Had a Stent surgically placed behind left knee. And blood flow went from 20 percent to 100 percent very quickly. Very good neurosurgeon.

But I have been to three others around here, including a registered nurse, who basically do the same thing. Oh they also make orthotics and sell footware. Thank you! This video is right on time as a loved one was just labeled diabetic. Like myself the thought of being on drugs saps our mental fortitude to fight.
    This video inspires hope.
It also strengthens resolve in the face of White Coated Drug Pushers hocking their wares.
And No, it does not seem our health matters to them!
    I'm trusting you are different.

Dr B! Hello again! You are, by far, THE BEST, MOST COMPREHENSIVE AND INFORMATIVE PHYSICIAN on RUclips! I send many clients to LEARN life saving, health improvement tips from your channel! Im a Nutritional Therapist. I have several clients in Minnesota that I need to refer to a podiatrist. How can we FIND a podiatrist here, who is AS COMPREHENSIVE as you are??? I've never seen a doctor in any field, as detailed and caring as you are! Thanks again ❤!
Please explain what you mean about Tendon involvement, that you mentioned in this video. I've NEVER heard of a diabetic connection to the tendons.❤

Specifically tendons can experience a glycosylation reaction (sugar basically Attached and stiffen them), so that they lose flexibility. This ca. Lead to more twisting through the joints rather than flexibility of the muscles how they should work

I drink only water and hibiscus tea with either lemon or just plain. A lot of us grew up eating a certain way but there's a lot of information out here on how you can naturally heal yourself. Eat clean and you'll be fine. Peace, blessand success to you all

Buy Greek yogurt, and add your own fresh fruit to it. You will find that it does not need any sugar, and it does not seem to affect your sugar levels.
I never eat yogurts that already have the fruit in them and only by the true Greek or bulcan style yogurt.

I recently went to a podiatrist's office (new patient), and she didn't do anything except feel my toes/lower legs, provided a sample of Vasculera, and sold me a bottle of moisturizer that I found out later was available on Amazon. Time to find another podiatrist. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication in helping us become better educated on our health.
