Hello jenny and Bob,Poppy, do love agood look in the Motorhomes, and there all different, we managed a Caravan, two actually, one when children were young, then went to the larger caravan ,we had a trailer tent ,looked like a boat, when folder, when we sold the larger van ,god we missed it, hope you are all keeping well,😊
Well Bob and Jenny, what a lovely visit to EmmBee in Bury. This isn't too far from me actually. So at some point I think I might be going here - as you know, i really like Bailey and the Adamo range. I spotted a used Bailey Adamo 69-4 for £62k which is a massive surprise, so at long last, the prices are starting to drop!! My main hurdles to overcome are Motorhome Storage, Insurance and the unknown value of how much finance per month the outlay will be. Running costs - I think you've done a few awesome videos showing this, very useful and again, many thanks for sharing. So fuel, tax, services very similar to a car, then habitation service. Have I missed anything important out Bob?? So I'd very much value your tips and advice, who knows in a year's time, we might be sharing a pint at a campsite hehe. Take care you all😊 😊
Great video. I love seeing the interiors. The only one I wasn’t fussed about was the one with the staircase. It looks a bit dangerous to be honest. Very high first step. Great to see different designs though.
Excellent day out. Really enjoyed this little excursion which was quite unexpected. Great reception from the staff and a very well presented dealership. We think the Hymer would suit you but maybe not the double decker Burstner 😉😂💙 Trev n Sue
Never been asked that! I don't think I've ever read a book on motorhomes! I subscribe to Practical Motorhomes, MMM and get the two club magazines though.
Regards to your comment on not having an electric hot plate. What is the benefit? If you are on a 6 amp hook-up it surely wouldn't work. What are your thoughts?
We don't use the hot plate too much to be fair. We don't find many 6amp hook ups in the UK, they are much more common on the continent. However, if you are on a 16amp hookup included in the pitch fee, the simple benefit of electic hot plate is you don't use gas, of course.

Yes, prices are definitely down. Someone said that running a motorhome is the equivalent cost running two cars.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo It deserves a fair bit of weighing up and planning but I would imagine the benefits far outweigh other considerations
Thanks for making us Dream Bob, 😴👍.
You're welcome. 😊

Yes, it was certainly different.

Yes, liked the Hymer, but the Burstner still has us puzzled.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo it has everyone puzzled 😂 We have some unseen footage of Sue in the bedroom of that van. I may release it with some bloopers 😂😂
Between the M66 and Emm Bee is Bury Gas where you can get LPG if you have an underslung Gas Tank.
Useful to know, thank you.
Once again, it's a great video. Any advice on any books for a new motor home owner. Have you reviewed any?

Good video if your looking to buy. talk about buying, do you still use your tyre pal in your new moho
I haven't fitted it to the new motorhome, because I believe it has TPMS already. I still use it on the towed car.

That hymer looks a cracker Bob…. Now, where to find that spare £173k 😂👍❤️☕️
😄 Yes, it was the best one we looked at.
Very sad news from Southport ❤️
yes, very worrying.
I wouldn’t go near a ford
Because of the wet belt issue?
@@BobEarnshawMoHo Ford have never cured the Rot problem and DPF problems.
OK not what I was expecting you to say.
