I have used the nipples attached to five gallon buckets before, but after seeing your setup I will be constructing one like that. My question is, do you have to have the smaller tote of water or could you go directly from the large black tank to the pipes? Maybe I missed the reason for the small second tank, did you say it’s for adding medication? Thank you again. Your birds all look healthy and happy.
You can skip the smaller transparent tank, especially if you are running the water constantly from the overhead tank, but its necessary to notice when water is about to finish, cause its transparent Another point is, its easier to measure and mix vaccine inside it (since vaccines are mostly mixed with little amount of water), than climbing the bigger black tank all the time, but for other daily medications, it best done inside the black bigger tank.

Its a job any good carpenter can do. It just need to be constructed high enough, to make the heat effect of the sun far away from the birds and also allow for better air circulation. And also space for monitor roof should be provided, that is small opening to allow air escape from. This helps prevent heavy wind from blowing away the roof.

The nipple drinker is only suspended with binding wires, which means it can be brought down and raised up as the chicks grow from day 1 to the final day

I don't know the actual recommended spacing, but it should be spaced enough to allow adult birds face opposite directions comfortably, while drinking at the same time. I think mine is 8 drills per one full length of pipe.
I don't know the actual number, but just note that the more the birds grow, the less they share a nipple, so just make sure to put enough, like minimum of 10 nipples to 1 pipe and make sure the pipes span the whole length of the pen house, so that water competition will not be a thing.

the white pipe you drilled to install the nipple drinkers is it the pvc pipe we use to wire house electrical cables?
Nope. Not the electrical pipe.
This is normal 3 quarter pipe. Just that the white one is stronger.

Can I install this with layers in deep litre without using iron pipes ??
Yes you can. But you know layers jump and perch a lot, so you'd need the iron angle pipes, to protect the plastic pipes
