Please sir how many kg of the feed bag is that amount is it 50kg or 25kg that is 9400

You don't need grower for broilers, just higher starter like newhope, breed well, ultima +, happy chicken etc for the first 2 weeks, and lower starter like chikun, topfeed etc from 2 weeks till they reach 1.9kg (which should be between 4 to 5 weeks), then you switch them to finisher

Hello there.. please how often do you change the litter
As soon as it gets messed up, but depending on the season. Changes a few times during the dry season, due to low relative humidity and often during the rainy season, due to high humidity
What brand of feed did you use?
Newhope and topfeed

Ross breed
You are meant to have as much litter on your pen. Then you change once the broiler has been sold
No sir, litter changing management depends on a lot of factors. During the rainy season like we have now, u change litter as often and regular as 3 days, cause theirs high relative humity that makes everywhere wet and leads to heavy smell, plus wet litters exposes the birds to some diseases, like coccidiosis etc. During the dry season, you might decide to change the litter less often, but most times the litter material like wood shavings, do breakdown totally, turning powdery, in this cause can be stirred up and enters the birds nose, to cause few respiratory disturbances that might lead to respiratory diseases. During the heat period, too much litter material makes the floor gets hot, which makes brings discomfort upon d birds, a times making some of them give up cause of the heat. So the philosophy of using 1 litter from beginning to finishing of raising birds is not totally not a good management. It all depends on a lot of factors.
How many birds per nipple?
It depends, cause as the birds grow, they demand more nipple drinkers, so make enough as possible

Ross is great for 6 weeks. For the drugs, I recommend you contact your poultry vet to guide you properly

Pls Sir, how do you do it? I have 100 broilers that am raising right now, and this is their fourth weeks and am still feeding them with starter. And comparing their height now I don't know if by 5th week if they will ready for sales. Help me with the things you do feed your own with to gain so much weight pls🙏

Do you ever fight rain rot with any of the horses' coats when it's change of season & the coats are in the process of shedding...don't know if y'all would possibly call it something different...rain rot would be similar to hot spots on the skin. How can we sell broiler in this harsh economy?
1. The new strategy is raise broilers that are big (at least 2.8kg), cause those flooding and manipulating the market are bringing small chickens. 2. Sell directly to people you know. 3. Create awareness within your local community about your poultry location. 4. Don't over produce more than your capacity. 5. Presales of broilers start from day 1, so that your target market, which may be your contact, will be waiting for your birds to mature, so they can buy etc

For farmers that think middlemen are their problems it also time for you to boycott them you don't need them and if you think you need them talk with them negotiate with them if they don't come to an understanding with you let them go. Remember it's your resources and time. Be smart. NO FARMER NO NATION, NO FOOD NO NATION
