    Thank you Hannah for today's practice...so complete and enjoyable! I put your video on my tv screen and unroll my mat while my little boy of 7 years looks at what I am doing. This is something I adore: teaching him that in today's world everything is at your hand's reach...if you really want it! THANK YOU!

    I've been doing your workouts regularly for little over a week now. I sweat, I stretch, AND I feel relaxed during and after. How can you do all three?? My leg lifts have never been so straight and high - and I've been doing other youtube pilates workouts for a long time. Your instruction is great. I'm devoted

    Hi, just found your channel ... I never tried this calm workout before , does it help to tone body and to lose some weights also?

      Hi Paphapinn! It definitely helps to tone your body. For loosing weight, you should combine with your diet and some cardio Pilates I have made. Check out my Cardio Pilates playlist and keep me posted! 💚
