And we are prisoner and these managers are controlling us. I don’t even had a say to justify my position in the project. Ultimately I had to resign so that they can release me from the project. Now I taken it back.
Yes that’s the same is going through with us. They are paying 20k to their employees and expect them to change their city to join there offices. I’m under same problem despite having 2 office of infosys in NCR they are asking me to move to another city which clearly I cannot afford. I also need to support my family as we are going through seriously critical financial issues. I discussed this issues with HR and senior managers but there is no solution. At first he needs to improve his company then demand employees to work like that.

We don't have money to pay the factory workers a handsome salary. Big salaries can only happen when foreign corporations (especially american corporations) do their manufacturing here. Local producers don't have the capital to pay high salaries. The law also favours the workers. I think, India should think of making themselves a happy place rather than running behind money. The gap between rich and poor has to be minimised. Income inequality has to be reduced. I have been listening this "LEARN FROM CHINA" for a long time now. It's not about learning problem, it's an implementation problem.😢 We are unable to implement that knowledge because we ourselves are hindering our own progress. For example, before 2021 work from home was illegal in india. I also got to know this recently in his presentation on reforms in india. We need to reduce the weekly workhours to 30 per week from 45 or 42.5. This will ensure people can spend time for their family and themself or purse their passion. If they want to reduce the salary to one 2/3 rd it is all fine. They should also let the employees do a business or have a second job and have a stable second source of income. The productivity will also increase.

China doesn’t have regional politics like India which is a big drawback to set up any industry or factory in remote areas!! Whenever someone tries to do so a local politician steps up and puts unfavourable conditions which results in the leaving of the company! Biggest example is Tata plant getting closed on West Bengal due to regional politics and later opened in Gujarat. Same the industrial belt in Kanpur vanished due to regional politics and went to Gujarat. Many more examples. India can only rise like China if there are no regional politics and one national party!! Mr. Murthy, for China to become rich, you need to understad the history 1st. US had a deal with China in 1979 to transfer its Technology to manufacture at the cost of 1. killing the internal market of China by imposing single child policy and 2. focus only on export to the world and US. So by the above deal, China grew in economy exporting and becoming manufacturing hub and became 19 Trillion USD economy. Now you see what is China facing? China has 4:2:1 family issue that is 1 single earning member of the family has to take care of 2 parents and 4 grand parents and by 2030 40 million Chinese men will have no Chinese women to marry. And during Covid China had only profits of 3 Trillion USD for working for 40 years with US, while US lavishly spent 14 Trilion USD to its citizens during Covid. So China has lost its population thereby killig exonomy and market within China to thrive. Now US is deciding to move the technology transfer to younger Bharat from older China for manufacturing. This time US cannot force and not in a position to force Bharat to stop Bharat to manufacture products and spend it on its own people. So Mr. MURTHY, running business is different which you are expert on but understanding economy is different which you are not, but you can learn. US had a deal with China in 1979 to transfer its Technology to manufacture at the cost of
1. killing the internal market of China by imposing single child policy and
2. focus only on export to the world and US.
So by the above deal, China grew in economy exporting and becoming manufacturing hub and became 19 Trillion USD economy.
Now you see what is China facing?
China has 4:2:1 family issue that is 1 single earning member of the family has to take care of 2 parents and 4 grand parents and by 2030 40 million Chinese men will have no Chinese women to marry.
And during Covid China had only profits of 3 Trillion USD for working for 40 years with US, while US lavishly spent 14 Trilion USD to its citizens during Covid.
So China has lost its population thereby killig exonomy and market within China to thrive.
Now US is deciding to move the technology transfer to younger Bharat from older China for manufacturing.

China's massive exports including hongkong is almost equal to our GDP .They are world exporter .China has better living conditions than majority other countries. Life expectancy almost 80. Out of top 100 tallest buildings 70 are in china.Half of worlds steel and cement manufacturing and utilisation happens in China deducing how large and massive infrastructure projecys are undertaking over there Point me out one thing how China is suffering ?

China works because their dictatorship system is SOLID AF. Despite being a dictatorship, their leaders are visionaries and implemented policies that worked out really well. If people protested, they were disappeared immediately. In India, every breath Modi takes is given a backlash and endless debates. We as a country should evolve to a single party (right wing), visionary dictatorship like China, eliminate all opposition and begin implementing remedies quickly. Lesser opinions and debates , more things get done quickly. China only label themselves as a "Communist Party" but they are actually a conservative, right wing dictatorship. The horshoe theory where there is no difference between extreme left and extreme right as they both are fundamentally dictatorships. India should evolve as a right wing dictatorship. Thats how we prosper. There will be initial turmoil, but that can be controlled by eliminating as many people as possible till the sheep become silent and come to order. China deal corruption with iron hand which Indian politicians will never do. Many powerful PPL are sentenced over graft but here law is different for rich and powerful. They have banned religion, discrimination on basis of religion,caste,creed, reservations etc whereas in India is quite rampant and widespread. They have stringent labour laws where labourers are not victimised.
