    Another great video. Personally, I'd save the spider at the family dinner. For anyone reading these comments, I signed up for some of Anthony's consulting/products, and I'd highly recommend him!

    Awesome video! As a project manager, how good are the chances of being able to make the switch into product management? Often the vacancies says that prior experience with product management is required, so how do I break into that space with only project management experience?

      Good question! I would say two fold. Number one, start leveling up in product skills (analytics, doing user research, technology concepts) and then number two, is applying to more junior / entry level product roles. That’ll be easier to land compared to a pivot straight into a PM or Senior PM role. Lastly, seek out product roles in your current company! Sometimes that’s the easiest pivot to make because they’ve already vetted you and believe in you. Good luck!
