I've been applying and getting around 5 interviews weekly (I think thats a great sign) but after speaking with some recruiters I found myself in the spot where I don't want to join the company or I don't see myself working there. People are still referring contacts in today’s market! You just have to find ways to stand out and make yourself seem like the ideal candidate. Always think in the shoes of whoever you’re reaching out to.

Hey Anthony, great video! I’m thinking about getting into product management and applying for some jobs. I’m an ex founder and I’ve filed a patent with my last venture, so I do have just a little bit of experience with my startup. Are the interviews really 5-10 hours long?? 😂
That’s awesome! Most final round interviews will last about 4-5 hours. Added up with the other interviews it creeps up to 7-10 hours depending on the company. Some companies are fewer hours others are closer to that top end!

@@isaiahkelly636 No problem! So it is actually several interviews broken up. So there are usually 5 interviews each around 45 minutes or an hour long. Product Sense, Product Analytics, Product Strategy, Technical, Behavioral. In these there are case study questions that they would have you do. They usually give you breaks in between each interview!
