I like all you videos.... I've learned alot from them.... I'm at the stage where I find a bit of broken plate and I'm ecstatic... Can't wait to find my completed anything
I used to live in an old unmodernised cottage that was freezing in winter- frost on the inside of the windows- and I can vouch that the pottery foot warmers are so hot they need covering with a jumper or they burn you, but they stay hot for 12 hours! The rubber ones don’t last long at all.
Now you have 6000 subscribers! Loved this video Tom, as a novice I see the bottles as amazing but I know after you find the same time after time you can get more choosy on what you take. Great video 🎉
Great video, I used to go bottle digging in the building sites in Walsall, in 1976-1979.. I'm 51 now!! Moved to North Wales in 1981... I know the location of a forgotten dump outside Holyhead.. had some nice bits out of it, but never actually "dug" it.
Congrats on 1k! I only just found you and you're already one of my fave bottle diggers to watch. It's not about the level of finds for me, it's just the experience of seeing you dig up cool old stuff and your production is of a good quality too - no bouncy camera making me fell ill! 👍
Just wanted to say how much I love looking up the stuff you find. I learn so much, stuff I never knew existed before! A glass battery lamp???? What?! A walk thru history. Crazy treasures! Thanks a lot! :)
I do believe that there is either olives or garlic in the triangle bottle you found. Along with oil, they would be making flavored oils for cooking, olive oil or garlic oil.
What an awesome tip! I think your best find was the hot water jar, but I loved the bird whistle best! Congratulations on reaching over 1000, Tom, that's so great! You keep posting and I'll keep watchinh! Thanks for a great video!
1000 subs , well deserved , one of the best bottle digging channels . Shame about the triangular blue poison but where there is one there will be more . Two sides would be ribbed with one ribbed panel reading " poison " and the third panel plain most likely for a label . Great video .
Gorgeous yellow bird whistle show us as you dig it's really exciting to see you uncover things, it's doesn't matter if it's special or not. We don't want to see after the fact, ongoing is much more fun!
Congratulations on reaching 1000 subscribers Tom. Well done. And all your videos are good ones. It doesn't matter if you find anything or not, I just love watching what you do find. :)
Congratulations on the 1000 subs. Ironic you found the the old type stone bottle warner(thumbnail) wit the replaced rubber type from boots know which I'd rather. 40 tips are going be treasured just as much as the older 1s it's just your digging it before that day. With everything plastic any glass in future will treasured collected. Brillant hunt even last were found notting that's bottle digging good days wit alot of bad cheers many regards from Ireland 👍🇮🇪☘
Those Morse keys go for a bit of money as they are. A lot of Ham radio operators use them on there CW & QRP kits and HF transceivers. Although that Morse key might be to far gone but worth cleaning up, you never know it could still be usable. I have a few of those I'm also a Ham radio operator.
Stick at it and reap the rewards that's the stuff that sells well we dug our local 40s tip had loads not bottles but antique jelly molds dump paper weights ashtrays more money in these than sparce Victorian dumps
Thanks for the videos. Keep digging, and don't be tempted to salt the finds , as it is going on all over youtube, especially in metal detecting and bottle digging vids. It is ALWAYS obvious, and never adds anything to the videos. People on youtube are terrible actors. It never enhances the channel, in fact, after a few, most people stop watching the channel.
Hi . I'm watching your digs from Athens Greece , question , don't you bust a lot of things the way you jab mwith that spiked shovel ? Sedems you'd be using a small hand held one to get more things out in tact ?? IDK , just asking.
Evening Tom mate and congrats on reaching 1k subs !!! Just wondering if you wouldnt mind doing a video on how to find locate and id a tip for those of us who have no idea !! Cheers mate

But, T, seriously, here's a tip tip: Robinetts Arm/Nottingham canal, close by where it closes to preserved operating railway - we found, in the hedgerow agin : acid etched inscri half sized inscribed Hamiltons. Just 'there'. (back in 03).
I enjoy all your vids.

This is so interesting! Have only just found your videos! How does one go about researching these tips in your local areas?
Thanks for the videos. Keep digging, and don't be tempted to salt the finds , as it is going on all over youtube, especially in metal detecting and bottle digging vids. It is ALWAYS obvious, and never adds anything to the videos. People on youtube are terrible actors.
It never enhances the channel, in fact, after a few, most people stop watching the channel.
That's why I always film everything coming out the ash
And it's about impossible to create the imprint or hole they leave behind when extracted
the R.D NO. on the bottle Dates to 1913
Hi . I'm watching your digs from Athens Greece , question , don't you bust a lot of things the way you jab mwith that spiked shovel ? Sedems you'd be using a small hand held one to get more things out in tact ?? IDK , just asking.

Is there a firing range nearby , i thought i could hear gunshots .?
I was wondering too. Then I thought air hammer for roofing and building. And then back to shooting range.

All your vids are excellent and your artwork don't listen to nay Sayers

Is there a shooting range nearby?
The blue bottle at 12:11 looks like old Milk of magnesia 🤓
Unwanted experi growths tip, mebbe.....
