The Hamilton and the Roche's bottles were definitely finds of the day! I always enjoy your videos and the fact that you share your knowledge of the bottles is awesome. Thanks for a great video!
Great video....I used to dig bottles nearly 40 years ago...mostly village tips. I never once found a complete Codd. One thing..can you take a small collapsible ladder into the hole with you as a means of escape. I work in a heavily H&S controlled industry and you are putting your self at considerable risk...especially being on your own....I know...we've all done it!! Stay safe buddy.
I used to go detecting I had a xp deus and had permissions all over the place but slowly lost them all to club digs and rallys that were just in it for making money. I ended up selling up
@@bottlediggertom Ah shame that tom..i'm keen detectorist. but im really hooked on bottling now, im out nearly every weekend doing it haha. Great vids tom, quality over quantity! well worth the wait :) kudos
Congratulations on the Hamilton nice age dump. But dam that was a deep hole especially on your own if anything went wrong. Cool hunt cool stay safe cheers thanks from lreland 👍🇮🇪☘
Nice one Tom as always I just love your bottle digging videos. Makes me want to just dig some random big of soil in the hope of glass lol. I can send you an old Embossed Glass battery that was in my recent bottle digging videos but may need to drill and drain it off the water first and take out the lead etc due to weight. Love all the bottles you dig up and you have so much knokledge about them. Very nice Torpedo bottle and never dug one apart from the bottle base of one lol. The Codds still illude me coming up smashed I had to buy one in the end just put it in my collection. Love that last find the Roche's embrocation for the whooping cough. ATB GL & HH LittleJohn_MD 🇬🇧
The unusual brown bottle says sarsaparilla which is a delish root beer that we used to drink before we had coke. You can still buy it, you dilute it with water or soda, I prefer to coke. Try it!
I just discovered your channel. Do you keep four finds for your own enjoyment, or do you sell some? Please stay safe while digging. I was worried about that wall.
My ancestors came from the town of Belper I noticed you recently dug. My g father left there after WW1and came to Australia. Any chance of buying a belper beer bottle. Stewart gough moama NSW

Nice looking 1890s bottles ! Good digging, pal.
A nice balloon type model...first thing I thought of. Love the channel.
The wine at the end was a German Hock, very nice, not that rare but gives great character to any display.
Enjoyed watching this, Keep up the good work!
I'm sorry your camera keeps falling over, but it's made me laugh , thank you

Really want to see what you able to do from a vintage sewing machine / singer
Aren't you worried about breaking intact bottles with your pitchfork?
You need to take a step ladder with you lol
Great finds but kind of a nail-biter in terms of head injury and possibly being buried alive. Please be careful out there.
Can you post an address where stuff can be sent?
Nice hamilton
Has anyone ever been buryed in one of these pits? That deep pit you are in looks very dangerous to me.
nice hammy mate
Sweet pipe
