Thank you for this video. Until now, I thought I had a hight cervix because I couldn't find it. Thanks to this video i could reach it and I have an average cervix afterall.

Should we check our cervix the same time every day? I started femara and progesterone this cycle I noticed that my cervix went lower a cpl days after starting progesterone. then after a few days it raised again. Seems like AM it is lower and PM it is higher (post ovulation while on progesterone. Without progesterone my cervix stays high the second half of my cycle until literally right before my period like a day before or the same day as my period comes on then it lowers.
Yes, we do recommend trying at the same time each day for the best results! Hope this helps and don't lose heart if you don't see a difference in the first couple of days. You’ll learn more about your cycle than if you stop! If you have additional questions prior to attempting, please feel free to email us at mosie@mosiebaby.com as we’re always happy to help.💗
Thanks for reaching out and good question! You could stand with one foot on your toilet or lie down. Be sure you're checking in the same position each time since different body positions change the cervical height! Hope this helps we are wishing you all our best and always here to help support as best we can.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble ovulating. If you don't ovulate on your own, check in with your doctor to make sure you don't have any underlying issues. If your doctor is able to help you ovulate at home and you'd like to try to conceive at home on your own, Mosie might be an option worth considering but first - make sure you can confirm that you're ovulating. Also, if you have not already, it might be good to research some dietary and lifestyle changes to help your body improve its fertility cycle. It takes about 3 months to see improvements. If you do end up needing more invasive clinical options, anything you do to help improve your fertility will also help with the success rate of those procedures. Hope this helps a bit and please feel free to email us at mosie@mosiebaby.com if we can answer any other questions. We are truly rooting for you! 💓
Thanks for reaching out and good question! The best time to use a pregnancy test would be on the day you expect your period, first thing in the morning as your urine will be more concentrated with the pregnancy hormone, hCG. Hope this helps and don't lose heart if you get a 'negative' result. As with any method, it can take a few cycles to conceive. ❤️

Hello 👋 so I've tried it but I still don't know he difference on how it feels. my middle finger goes all the way but I don't know if I'm feeling something...
Give yourself a bit of time - it can take a few tries to really understand what you're feeling. And of course, the cervix will feel different at different points in your cycle! When you are fertile your cervix softens and the position moves higher (sometimes harder to reach with your finger). When you aren’t fertile, the cervix hardens, is lower in the vagina, and easier to locate. Hope this helps a bit and please do email us if we can help you further! 💚

Why do I need to find my cervix?
Understanding your cervical changes/fluid is a great tool when trying to conceive as it will help identify when you are ovulating!
My cervix is low and hard ,wet that means my period is coming
Great question! The cervix before your period is typically low and hard. When your period starts, it will open slightly to let blood out then closes up until you ovulate again. Hope this helps! ❤️
Pls is the cervix positioned at the side or middle?thanks
Great question! I'm not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice but most often the cervix will be positioned somewhere in the middle. However, it is perfectly common for women to have a tilted cervix - that's why it's good to do your own inspection! You'll learn more about your body this way. Wishing you our best and please feel free to reach back out if we can help support you further. 💙

Omg I found it 🥴
what it feel like
Me trying to find my cervix:
Me also a guy:
What does a cervix supposed to feel like???
Great question! Everyone says the cervix feels like your nose and is some cases it may, I'd say it can also feel like like when you pucker your lips, then press your middle finger to them. Imagine that your nose is behind that. Like a really squishy nose!
Of course, your cervix will feel different at different points in your cycle. But in some sense it is always that combination of squishy cartilage. It’s just that its level of squishiness and location will change as your body prepares itself to release an egg. Hope this helps and feel free to email us if we can help or support you further!❤️
