I'm amazed at how they designed the mechanics for the bosses, even if most of them are larger versions of basic enemies, the way to beat them in boss form is unique unlike most hacks that just reskin the koopalings or enemies with the same mechanics as NSMBW. This team went for a SMW style game (hence the corresponding music in the prolouge and epilouge and the world map movement and switch palaces). (Also am I the only one that noticed that the big Topman boss is the only one with a growing sound when he enlarges?)

Well, I agree with the fact that the bosses are too easy, but other than that, I love this hack, specially the final boss (it's the first time to see Bowser fighting among his ship, not as a giant, the usual of this games)

I like how the bosses are unique and have new mechanics, but I feel like they seem too easy, and should have more of a challenge to them
I give them props for the ideas, but the bosses themselves weren't really hard. especially when they were used twice in a row or there were platforms to avoid the Koopa longs all together

Problem is this track is very underwhelming.
Nintendo Guide for making bosses for Mario games
Step 1: Take a normal enemy, but make them bigger
Step 2: Keep using the game enemy
Step 3: Instead of making a boss fight harder as it progresses, just save the difficulty curve for the next time you see that boss.
Step 4: Use the Koopalings, so it looks like you have a different fight each time, even though they are all the same
Step 5: If you for some reason decide to make an original creature, be sure to have the next fight with them have them in either a different color, a skeleton, or on fire.

The Koopaling battles feel off without the Mario 3 boss music. It feels like it's essentially their theme now. The other bosses are great with it.

Imma come up with some cool gimmicks for a few of the bosses to spice things up!
King Fuzzy: In the second battle, it should roll up the walls and drop down a few small fuzzies
Iggy: Iggy should have chain chomps hanging from track swing down from the ceiling every once in a while
King Thwomp: In the second battle, after hitting a layer of stones, should go to the side an swing from left to right or vice versa as well as have some thwimps appear every once in a while
Roy: He should have pipes in the sides and every once in a while jump in and shoot projectiles each time at random before jumping out
King Rocky Wrench: In the second battle, should have bullet bills rain down every few seconds and should have more spaces to pop up in
Morton: Should have skewers on the top of the ceiling

The only boss that seems hard for my skill level is the Kamek boss battle because I find myself having a hard time hitting that warping bully every time I battle that dude. Also thanks for giving the clown car a bigger and cooler use in Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii.

@Saheed Bah they should really make it 5 because sonic bosses can get annoying with an 8 hit rule or they can be like any other game. A normal health bar that goes down like 5 or higher by a certain hit

I like the music!
The Pyro and Cyro fight is cool, but way too easy since you only need to defeat one of them. How about instead needing to get them both down to their smallest size before being able to defeat one of them (which would still cause the other to flee).
Other than that, all of these bosses are pretty cool for being upscaled enemies. Can't wait to see Newer Super Mario Bros. U.

For some reason, I like when people call mario a coward when nobody messes with a thwomp that big.
The platforms need to be removed from the fuzzy fights
The Thwomp needs to move faster, also while attacking.
Samurguy should also move faster.
Pyro and Cryo are really cool, I like them. Maybe add more health?
The boo needs obstacles likes gaps and spikes in between the light block pipes.
EDIT: The second boo fight has it, but the first really should have it as well.
Nathan Thames Pyro and Cryo can't have more health. The person who made this mod is following Nintendo's rule of three. If an enemy does not have a health bar, then it can be hurt thrice before it dies.
In the Pyro and Cryo fight, what if instead of making it so if you kill one, the other flees, you make it so you have to fight both and the one that you choose to kill second gets angry cause you killed his friend?

Honestly Mario Games like this is more the Journey and not the Destination when it comes to hardness. The bosses yes can be really easy... But the real Challenge comes from the levels themselves.
