hey! dont know if this comment will be seen, but thank you much for these tutorials.. they are the BEST that i can find you youtube. As a singaporean dude who moved to vienna, this really helps alot for the preparation for ball season!! i have one quick question though, in these, i notice the leader starts off with the right foot back instead of the left foot forward (which is what is being taught at my dance school), are these minor differences the various styles? wishing the both of you a very happy holiday season!
Oh thank you so much! We start with the leaders left foot to the side (left) then right foot back for the back rock. Your instructor may have started with the left foot rocking forward on a 2 but that is more difficult. As long as you are on time it shouldn't matter.
