Chicken - 1 Kg
Coconut - 3 Slice
Dry Red Chilli - 15g
Small Onion - 300g
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 No.
Ginger - 5 to 6 Slice
Garlic - 10 to 12 Cloves
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Gingelly Oil - 4 to 5 tbsp

Around Erode esp Erode, Pallipalyam, Gobi, Perundurai area we can get proper Pallipalayam chicken.
We use Nattu Kozhi, small onions, Coconut (as mentioned in the video), dry chilly without seeds, curry leave and Turmeric powder. Thats all. We don't use any other items like Ginger, Garlic, I think Turmeric is famous in Erode, people might have started preparing this dish.
Actually Chicken pieces also not bigger sizes as mentioned in the video. It should be smaller size like the coconut pieces. in chicken shops, they cut the chickens into smaller pieces for pallipalayam chicken.
U have given the authentic recipe. Rightly said. Thats how it will be prepared. Very minimal ingredients
