"GOOD MORNING TO YOU TOO" Now I'm so broken up again. I'm on my third try. Hope I can finish to my fourth week.
I've gotten ex back who left me and I did this by pursuing them, BUT, I didn't do it right away. I went away, got stronger, emotionally detached, independent and happy and THEN I made my moves (yes, MOVES). It requires more than just one time reaching out to seal the deal. They don't trust you at first (especially if you hurt them). You have to be cool, calm, patient, confident, understanding and continue to live your life while trying to have them trust the NEW you (a better version of you than the one they left) and then in time, a re-seduction can occur. These methods do work, but you must apply NO CONTACT first before even considering them, not only for them, but more so for YOU. It's the only true chance you will have at a 2nd chance.

I learned when you lower your interest in them, they interest in you increases, its odd, even if they dunped for someone else, the fact that you're not pursuing them, gets them to think & wonder.
NC going on 3 months (only had a brief relationship so I do not expect a reunification) NC has been good for me in terms of gaining insight about what I can do differently. Sadly what i have learned is that you can't ever really show your emotions or let your guard down because women do not respect that. It really appears that a long term commitment will be out of the question beause it seems like a unsafe bet. This relationship opened my eyes to the understanding that attachments create suffering. I am becoming less connected emotionally which is unfortunate.
No relationship is guaranteed, there will always be uncertainty there. However, do you want to give up on all future relationships, because one went bad?

I know what you mean it's taking alot out of me to go silent but my situation was different my woman has been experiencing extreme loss because we lost our baby boy as a still born earlier this year it's hurt us both badly at first she said she wasn't happy with me then she said it's okay to just say we are on break but she doesn't know which direction she'll take I want her back so bad and I know she wants me back but in some ways I feel this break is good for us and in others it's heartbreaking
Can you tell me what my situation is then, me and my ex were together for 6 years, her mum is 78 and very needy. my ex is 50 with no life due to her mums ways, then my ex's mum was diagnosed with leukaemia 3 years ago making the ex give up even more time to the point that the ex now lives with her mum and when I say needy I've told the ex I'm going to by her mum a kangaroo outfit so that she can climb in to the kangaroo pouch, the ex's mum one Sunday morning called 13 times in the space of an hour and half of us waking up just to ask my gf at the time when are you coming over, the ex's face said it all, the ex told me she goes to work to have piece from her mum but as the ex owns her own business the ex's mum calls her at work at says am I going to die and guilt trips the ex, I know I'd the ex's mum wasn't around then we'd be the best and have great times together, I sat in the ex's mums one time only to her the mum say to the ex your on your phone all the time put it down your here to be with me, the ex used to spend her days off work with her mum from dawn till dusk, the ex couldn't go the shops or toilet without the mum asking to go or what you doing, so my question is what can you tell me for my situation as it's different from the oh she met someone else
i been in no contact for several months now yesterday would of been our 1 year anniversary she knew how much i loved and cared for her but i dont she never cared from the start so its either she moved on or she doesn't care no more.

The village where we live is small so not much choice of driving somewhere else. Plus driving and going out makes me relaxed. But I have started to be nervous thinking that he may think that I am chasing him. I mean I am always stone face so no emotion come through but I am wonder if this is “ breaking no contact.”
