    Do you know if this will work for newer macs with the M1/M2/M3 silicon chips? Also, does this work with logic pro?

      I think it should - on the website of Zoom they say it is compatible: zoomcorp.com/en/jp/news/macos_sonoma/#a
      Also with Logic Pro this should work.

      I am using it now with my 2017 MacBook Pro. No reason I can think of it will not work on newer Macs and it 's fine with Logic Pro.

    Thanks for that. The USB recording process is not all that intuitive.

      @@JonasFasching I hate that the Macbook only has two USB C inputs, one of which is for the power cable. I am using a USB hub (because I need more than one USB input) and it's not always reliable.

      @@geoffwales8646 Yeah, thats a tricky one. Especially if you want to power the Zoom H5 with USB as well. Might even be a good option to get a powered USB hub, but they cost more...
