Dr. V. P. Gangadharan (born 1954) is an Indian oncologist, known for his support to poor and needy cancer patients by providing them with subsidised medicines and free counselling through Cochin Cancer Society.
He was the former Head of the Department at Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. He has undergone training at The Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, London and George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was massively involved in the formation of Cochin Cancer Society in 2004, by coordinating people having experienced the ordeal of either having a cancer patient in their family or being a survivor of the disease.

@@davedonot2788 he is treating cancer patients for God sake. Cancer is a fairly dangerous disease with high fatality rates. After all he is not God, he is just a human trying do the best. When majority of your patients are terminally I'll, chances are you are bound to lose most of them.
Educate yourself, accept and move on.
@@gray3984 You don't know a thing about him, my uncle died of cancer in same hospital. This guy dont even come to hospital. It's all a hypev so that more patients go to lakeshore. For hospital to make money. Thet just follow a routine procedure, do as much to make money. That is it. He only will speak for celebrities. Biju Narayanans wife with breast cancer died after 3 yrs of his treatment. Dying because of breast cancer is very less nowadays. Too many are dying under his treatment but outside world don't know about it.

@davedonot2788 Breast cancer more curable after menopause. Young people cancer cell grows fast. My brother was treated by him , but we all knew it was incurable. After three chemo treatment stopped. Pancreatic cancer. Doctor was working in Caritas. Treatment was very cheap . He used sit in the OP from early morning to late night.
