ive owned Afghan and Borzoi, love watching this.
Awesome to see greyhounds in action. As the racetracks go out of business more dogs will be able to work. Does make me look at my parents adopted racer and be glad he likes me.
WOW! This is insane RAW Rome Coliseum material. I love it! From Canada.
What a novel idea. Amazing content. Keep posting and I'll keep watching.
Thanks
You have a new subscriber . Can you do a kennel tour?
Man you guy's are spoiling us!!! Keep em comin gentlemen ❤
We will!
LOVE IT !!!!!!!!
Great wheeling and filming all at the same time from a great 16 year old hunter. Keep up the good work
Thanks, will do!
That last one put up a hell of a fight
Yeah he did
Wow! Sighthound heaven!
🤟🏼
I will say your dogs are so cute with their heads sticking out of the box when you are driving around. You have been around your dogs to know them best but can I ask do they seem happy when they are hunting Coyotes? Just watching the video they seem to really be having a good time.
Awesome work mate. We do the same in Australia for foxes and roos....best fun ever!! We mainly use staghound cross as they seem to take the tumbles and beating a bit better than straight greyhounds
Go easy on the roos lad. But staghounds are tough as and got good pace. My shepherds are bloody useless even with foxes.
Are the dogs fast enough to run down the giant kangaroos?? They seem as fast and have more endurance than any dog?? Plus they have the tools to put up a very tough fight. Do you need special "catch dogs" like they use on wild boar??
AWESOME FOOTAGE.
Looks like you don’t have much for fight dogs, got some good catch dogs though
No we do they are just 10 month old pups there actually very good for there age and killed the first one by themselves.
For pups they’re good then, but I would run a fight dog with em to help teach em. Also how many yotes have you caught this year?
@@evastevens48 Yup! We usally do but they have been on hand fulls already with older dogs and i just wanted those litter mates on there own and they stretched that first one out by the throat. And we have got around 30 so far
Right out of the gate, you start criticizing and assuming. Watch the video. They are young dogs. He says "pups".
@@craptainofsea I realize, but he also said on the 2nd coyote that “Liberty is about ready to wrap him up.” I watch his videos and he can correct me if I am wrong but Liberty is not a pup. if I am correct that dog was in some of last years videos. I was not meaning to criticize but if it came out that way I apologize.
Holy crap! It’s like the attack of the African wild dogs!
Niiiiice!
Absolutely loving this brother! Not many videos give me goose bumps while watching then but everyone of yours has! Only complaint i have is the videos arent long enough! Let us meet your hounds, show loading them up and catches after please! Keep it up and stay safe my friend!
Awesome! Thank you!
used to have hounds here in montana, also used to spot the coyotes from my supercub for other hunters,,,great times!
For sure!
So cool brilliant video
❤❤❤❤
Great dogs, here in Argentina we use those cross breed hound for boar hunting.
Buddy in Canada does the exact same with fewer Irish Wolfhounds
You have a hit here! I wanna go too! Definitely need dog enterductions and loading up, explanations on the R/C door opening switches, just longer vids with more content. Looks fun as hell!!
GREAT PUPS!!!
Thanks
So i live in a rural type residential area where most homes are on 1+ acres minimum and its heavily wooded.
There is a huge coyote that has been coming through my greenbelt and snatching my chickens. I bought trapline style traps but im scared of catching my outdoor cats or dogs in them. It seems like you know coyotes pretty well. A tips/tricks video for getting rid of them by other means would be awesome!
Your videos are awesome by the way. Keep em comin!
Some good courses on this video ! 👌🏻
Glad you think so!
Wish we had that in the uk!! Amazing 👍👍
Thanks!!
Great video
Thanks!!
if you want your channel to grow, please get a dedicated cameraman...you can't be driving and recording at the same time. you got excellent content!
800th sub ....... I like it !👍
thank you!
So on this video the sameas here in Alberta. Feed lots fed from monoculture. Regeneratively pastured livestock on diverse cover crops can replace it rapidly & retore communities to health eating healthy beef & you can still run the dogs I bet more.
Great footage! That second one gave me a good race
Thanks for the feedback!!
Great stuff! Hope your audience grows!
Thanks for the support!!
Do you dispose of the carcass or just leave it there?
Newly subscribed. You guys kick ass! Love from Texas
Thanks man!!
Can you show more footage after the catch?
I would but i cant show too much cause people will get butt hurt about it
Have you ever though about adding a Irish Wolfhound into the mix, he could keep up with the Greyhounds and would dispatch the Coyote much faster.
What the lads need is first cross APT x greyhounds .Plenty fast enough for yotes and got the minerals to deal when it catches .Few of these dogs up it half hearted .
Oh hell yeah I love seeing dudes make this content. I’ll be here for all of it. If you get a drone involved for camera shots you could make lots of cinematic stuff too.
Go check out my last video i got drone footage its pretty sweet
One other question, how much endurance does a Greyhound have? After a good chase and dispatch of a Coyote how much rest do they need before they can go after another one?
Dogs are just awesome! You can tell they love what they're doing! Great videos! Keep em coming
Thank you! Will do!
How badly are the dogs bitten after a kill?
Very rarely do they get injured but if they happen to get injured we take them to the vet right away for proper care.
Awesome footage and catches do the greyhounds finish the coyotes? Is there anything you have to watch out for from the coyotes like rabies or such?
Not around here they dont really carry it
Do you have to have permission on all this land or you just hunt?
Yes we have permission
Nice work.
I just started watching the greyhounds and coyotes.
Is there any other game you can hunt with them?
We hunt fox with them as well and i know people in Northern states use them for Wolfs
@@Outdoorfever1 Can a Greyhound handle a wolf?
You need a dog that can pin a coyote!!
How do you load them up afterwards?
We just drive up to um and catch um and they jump back into the box!
@@Outdoorfever1Thanks.
Do the greyhounds kill the yote or do you shoot them?
How do you train these dogs to do this ??
I train them on raccoons and smaller critters than they kinda go from there. There hunting is all natural instinct so its fairly easy.
Do you have some way of opening your dog doors remotely?
Remotely as in "a rope from the cab to the crate?" Yes.
Son, good video but you're ruining it with music. Kill the music. Just subscribed but I'm not gonna stay subscribed if I have to listen to that.
P r o m o s m 🤪
I subbed even tho them Greyhounds wouldn't do shit fire nothing gainst our wolves up here in Canada.
Do you guys have a Facebook page? I’m super interested in buying a pup whenever your next breeding is. Keep tryna leave a comment but it kept deleting it
Do you coyote hunt with dogs already?
@@Outdoorfever1 yes although I’m in California so laws are a bit different I can’t run n gun like this although it would be ideal. We use calls, and I use my female as a decoy to bring em close once they’re about a half mile or so out, my male as the muscle but sometimes there’s a yote that gets away when they’re dealing with the first one and my dogs just aren’t fast enough to wrap around front and bring it to a stop. They do good on hogs, raccoons, foxes, but the real pests are what I try to focus on in my area such as coyotes and bobcats
