Mystery Footage YT

Going through some of my parents' things from storage, I came across several VHS tapes, one labeled Action Pictures. What could this be? 80's porn perhaps? Turns out to be mostly 8mm footage from Libya, and mostly features dogs. But then these images popped up - I think this is my brother around 3yrs old and my mom.
