JP is basically the miles davis of punk, the groups he’s put together ... it’s long list. His newest group Deaf Club is even better than HWC.
Deaf Club, Dead Cross, the Locust, Swing Kids and all the other are all phenomenal. I have a hard time picking favorites. If I had to, The Locust, Dead Cross, HWC, Deaf Club, Swing Kids and all the others would be my favorite.

Check out JP’s new band, Deaf Club. Or Prissy Whipped. Even IDLES “war” video is fucking sick.
But it used to be so vast. In the states alone. Now it’s down to a handful of bands. METZ IDLES and Girl Band aren’t even from the states. We do have Deaf Club thank god, and Prissy Whip, .....and.....hot snakes! Right. Oh and Daughters of course. Their 2018 release is crazy. That’s.... about it in terms of like, the last two years. Death Grips is interesting.
