I found a new salad at Sam's Club yesterday. Watermelon Crunch. Haven't tried it yet, it's for dinner tonight. I hope they bring back the apple maple salad. It was so good. Always love your hauls. I had to watch parts of it before I went to Sam's to see if there was anything I should get. Just came back to watch the whole video. Great as always. Athan is such a good little shopper. Love his silliness.

The watermelon crunch salad was so good. My husband even liked it. The dressing is a watermelon vinegarette. Toasted watermelon seeds, almonds and feta.

Thanks for taking us to Sam's club it's been a long time since I have been there. We don't have it where we live just Walmart and neighborhood Walmart grocery store here. We have the Maxx and hobby lobby it's newer a few years ago and we have had jc Penney for a long time and bath and body works Maurices and Cato's but no sam's club or Costco but little rock is getting one soon a Costco.
That’s exciting you will be getting a Costco soon!! I prefer them over sams club but unfortunately we don’t have one here. Hopefully soon we will get one too! ☺️

Ashley, I'm from Iowa, and Iowa chicken farms have had a lot of cases of bird flu, and a lot a lot of chickens have had to be destroyed, so the egg prices have gone up because the supply has taken a hit. Also I think Minnesota has had a lot of cases also.

I always had a hard time with hard boiled eggs until I made them in my instant pot I go 6 min and 6 min release plus the time it takes to pressurize it. They come out perfect and peel so easy.

Hello from pa. Hope you had a great weekend. For hard boiled eggs put in pan of cold water, bring to boil. Turn off heat put lid on let sit for 10 minutes. Comes out perfect every time. I used to struggle till I watched food network

Love Sams club and seeing you and your adorable shopping buddy 😊. My husband and I did keto about 6-7 years ago. They have so many more low carb prepared foods now!! Back then there wasn’t much of anything.
We also get the big container of waffles. They go fast in our house!

Also I think Keto works best with intermittent fasting so just check that out. And as always you must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Not lecturing just trying to be helpful and in a way reminding myself as well 😄
Yes!! 💖 I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few months now & of course tracking calories I’ve always done that but now I’m trying to see if adding keto will help my stubborn areas. I’ve been in a plateau for so long 🥴 lol

Eggs are going up like everything else inflation I've heard egg prices are going up I have not priced them we don't buy eggs much thankfully I don't like eggs except for baking pumpkin bread sometimes my husband buys them to eat at least they have a good shelf life
